The path

Get contracted

From first conversation to appointed and cleared to write.

  • Submit your contracting transmittal so we have what we need to get you started.
  • We set up your carrier contracting through SureLC by SuranceBay, the industry-standard platform.
  • Complete your requirements: licensing, E&O, and background.
  • Your carrier appointments come through, and you're cleared to write business.

Get certified

The credentials you need before you can sell each line.

  • Complete AHIP certification, required each year to sell Medicare Advantage and Part D.
  • Finish the carrier-specific certifications for the plans you'll offer.
  • Complete any required product training, such as for annuities.

Get trained

Learn the lines the right way, not by trial and error on real clients.

  • Work through the TrustInsure Agent Academy, your track from the ground up: nine courses across Medicare, life, and long-term care.
  • Keep the Agent Resource Library open for quick reference in the field.
  • Walk into your first appointments actually prepared.

Get set up

The systems and process to run a real business, not just hold a license. We set you up; you don't do it alone.

  • Get access to a CRM and the tools to manage your clients, with our help getting it all configured.
  • Tech support when you need it, so a setup snag never costs you a client.
  • Learn how your day-to-day runs, from first contact through enrollment.
  • Put your compliance process in place: recording, Scope of Appointment, and documentation.

Start producing

Your first sales, with real help filling your calendar, and a path to a renewing book.

  • Run your first appointments with support behind you.
